The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that on 28 April 2026, an invitation to tender shares of the Company for sale (the "Tender Offer") was published via the Polish Press Agency (Polska Agencja Prasowa, "PAP"), in accordance with Article 72a(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies.
