The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company") announces that today, i.e. on June 12, 2026, the Company received a notification under Article 69 sec. 1 or 2 and Article 69a sec. 1 or 3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act") of a change in the shareholding of the Company by the Company (i.e. Wirtualna Polska Holding SA).
The Company provides the content of the notification as an attachment to this report.
