Cash revenues increase by 67% – Q3 2025 performance of WP Holding

19 listopada 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. generated PLN 716.1 million in cash sales revenue, marking an increase of nearly 67% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The Group’s adjusted EBITDA amounted to PLN 241.6 million, increasing by 57% yoy. The key driver of this rapid growth continues to be the tourism segment, strengthened by recent acquisitions in this area.

The tourism segment was once again the largest contributor to WP Group’s results, generating PLN 490 million in revenues and EBITDA of PLN 182 million. This growth was driven mainly by strong demand for foreign travel in Central and Eastern European countries. Additionally, the completion of the acquisition of Invia Group (a European travel group) at the beginning of 2025 resulted in the creation of an international structure with brands in nine European countries. The acquisition of the Romanian travel platform Creative Eye (LitoralulRomanesc.ro), executed through WP’s subsidiary Szallas Group, also contributed to expanding the scale of the tourism business in the CEE region.

In the advertising and subscription segments, the WP Group continues its intensive investments in product development and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and user engagement.

"For yet another consecutive quarter, we are recording outstanding results in the tourism segment, which has become the foundation of our Group’s growth. Our financial statements clearly show that the current year is a period of substantial investment in media activities. We are expanding our product and technology teams. Year-on-year, we have increased employee-related spending by more than PLN 20 million, and we have launched an advertising campaign worth an additional PLN 5 million. We are expanding our WPartner brokerage operations, investing in WP Booster, which is a range of AI-supported performance marketing products, and in the WP ADS self-service tool. Each of these individual initiatives already accounts for about 10% of our revenues. We view these measures as investments in our future for decades to come, especially now as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Wirtualna Polska," says Jacek Świderski, CEO of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.

Grupa WP is a technology holding group engaged in media, advertising and e-commerce business. In October 2025, the company’s websites and services were used by nearly 20 million Poles. Since 2015, Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
