As of January 2021, the new CEO of Nocowanie.pl, the largest platform with the offering of tourist facilities in Poland, will be Tomasz Machała. Rafał Warecki serves now as the CEO of Domodi, e-commerce platforms featuring the products of top clothing stores. And the design area, i.e. the Homebook platform, is currently headed by Aleksander Kusz, CEO of Totalmoney and Extradom.
Established in 2005, Nocowanie.pl presents over 50 thousand tourist offers in Poland. In 2016, Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. purchased a majority stake in the company. In accordance with earlier plans, Kamil Ruciński, founder and the current CEO of Nocowanie.pl, is moving on to the Supervisory Board of the company at the end of the year. Tomasz Machała, current head of the WP Pilot platform, will take over as a new CEO.

Rafał Warecki, current Publishing Product Director at Wirtualna Polska Media has been promoted to the CEO of Domodi, i.e. e-commerce fashion platforms Domodi and Allani. Simultaneously, the management of the design area will be taken over by Aleksander Kusz, CEO of Totalmoney and Extradom, companies belonging to the Wirtualna Polska group.

Aleksander Kusz has excelled in terms of business performance and employees engagement for years now. Rafał Warecki in turn, has proved on multiple occasions that he is skilled both in the area of media and e-commerce. The media-related duties of Rafał Warecki will be split among the members of the WPM Executive Team.
Tomasz Machała has been with Wirtualna Polska since 2016. Initially, he was editor-in-chief and Vice-President of the company in charge of publishing and video product development. In February 2020 he became CEO of Netwizor, a company developing the WP Pilot tv platform at WP. One of his achievements is a successful transition of WP Pilot from the AVOD to the SVOD model.
Aleksander Kusz took over the position of CEO of Money.pl in 2011. Then, in 2014 he oversaw the introduction of the service to the structure of Wirtualna Polska. As part of the holding, he was in charge of building its financial e-commerce portfolio through the acquisition of Totalmoney and Finansowysupermarket. He conducted the transition of Totalmoney from the B2B to the B2C model. Moreover, he implemented the “user first” strategy, turning the platform into a leader in the financial e-commerce segment. Starting from February 2020, he has been additionally active as CEO of Extradom, the largest aggregator of ready-to-build designs of houses in Poland.
Rafał Warecki has been related to Wirtualna Polska since the year 2015. His roles have included product development in the categories of Automotive, Technologies and Business. Also, in 2018 he coordinated the acquisition of Dobreprogramy and its integration into the holding company structure; he repeated the same exercise with Autocentrum in 2019, taking over the role of the President of the Board of both companies. Starting from March 2020 he was in charge of strategy, development and ongoing results of all publishing products at Wirtualna Polska Media in the capacity of the Publishing Product Director.
Wirtualna Polska is a technological holding group involved in media, advertising and e-commerce business. It owns the WP Home Page and operates specialized topical websites such as money.pl, WP SportoweFakty and autocentrum.pl.
