Content of the report:
Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"), informs that on July 11, 2024, the Company received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Ms. Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka, Member of the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. notification about transaction on the Company's shares, referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of the MAR Regulation – taking up of shares under the managerial option program of 2015, concluded on July 10, 2024.
