Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") announces that on June 15, 2021, The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Jacek Świderski to be the President of the Management Board of the Company for a new term of office.
Mr. Jacek Świderski has been the President of the Management Board of the Company until now. The appointment is related to the expiry of the term of office of the members of the Management Board of the Company in accordance with § 12 sec 4 of the Statute of the Company. According to § 12 sec. 2 of the Statute, the General Meeting appoints and dismisses the President of the Management Board. Other members of the Management Board are appointed and dismissed by the Supervisory Board in accordance with the motion of the President of the Management Board.
Information on education, qualifications and previously held positions, along with a description of the professional career, is published by the Company on its website. Mr. Jacek Świderski is not engaged in any competitive activity against the Company and is not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the Act of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register.
