Notification of transactions on Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. shares – conclusion of agreements by a managing person under the managerial option program of 2015

Content of the report:
Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"), informs that on December 30, 2024, the Company received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Ms. Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka, Member of the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. notification about transaction on the Company's shares, referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of the MAR Regulation – conclusion on the 23rd of December, 2024 of a management option agreement under the managerial option program of 2015 ("Agreement").
In addition, in connection with the conclusion of the Agreement, an additional agreement was also concluded specifying the obligations concerning the shares acquired under the Company's incentive program, which provides for a 5-year lock-up period, during which the sale of shares acquired under the agreement is prohibited.
