The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on August 20, 2020, it received information about registration on August 20, 2020 by the District Court of the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on July 14, 2020.
The Management Board hereby publishes the content of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association taking into account the said changes.
