Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on August 12, 2025, it received information about registration on August 6, 2025 by the District Court of the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 23, 2025.
The Management Board hereby publishes the content of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association taking into account the said changes.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with § 5 item 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent
