Registration of rights to shares in the depository of the National Depository of Securities (“KDPW”)
Legal basis: Article 56, section 1.2a of the act dated 29 July 2005 on public offering, the conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies, as amended.
Contents of the report:
Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 4 May 2015, the Company received from the National Depository of Securities (“KDPW”) the resolution no. 290/15 of the Management Board of KDPW according to which Management Board of the KDPW decides to register in the depository on the 6 May 2015 3.339.744 (three million, three hundred and thirty-nine thousand, seven hundred and forty-four) rights to ordinary bearer series E shares in the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.05 (five groszy) each, issued on the basis of resolution no. 7 of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 14 January 2015 and label them with code PLWRTPL00043.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 (a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1382) in connection with § 34 section 1 subsection 1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133).
