Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") – pursuant to § 19 sec. 1 and 2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules – has adopted a Resolution No. 866/2020 dated 9 November 2020 on admission to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of the following ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of 0.05 zł (five groszy) each:
a. 9,259 ordinary series D bearer shares;
b. 6,255 ordinary series F bearer shares.
The Management Board of the WSE also decided to introduce the aforementioned Company’s shares to trading in the main market in ordinary procedure on November 13, 2020, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. registers the said shares on November 13, 2020 under the "PLWRTPL00027" code.
