Resolution of the National Broadcasting Council on granting a broadcasting license for the transmission of a television programme by a subsidiary of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.

Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 1 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.

Contents of the report:

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 5th November, 2015 he Management Board was informed that on November 5th, 2015 the National Broadcasting Council (“NBC”) has granted the subsidiary of Company, i.e. WP1 sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw, a broadcasting license for the transmission of a television programme. The programme will include auditions dedicated to the development of society, economy, culture and societal transformations in modern conditions of a quick technical and technological development. The programme will include auditions dedicated to media education and also will present contents from the new media. The programme will be interactive and friendly to the audience.

The programme complies with the conditions laid down in the Announcement of the Council’s Chairman published on 4 September 2015. The broadcasts will discuss a wide range of topics important to society in the era of quick development of internet technologies as well as documentaries, entertainment, information and education matters. The programme will use Internet and mobile technologies.

The Company gave a detailed account about submitting an application for a broadcasting license by a subsidiary of the Company in the current report 29/2015 on 18 October 2015.

Obtaining a broadcasting license for the transmission of a television programme transmitted on MUX8 by WP1 follows the strategy of the Wirtualna Polska capital group, which includes active development of the video area as its important element.
