Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2015 and information about publication of consolidated reports
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 (a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.
Contents of the report:
The management board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces the dates of the publication of periodic reports in 2015:
- Consolidated quarterly reports will be published on below specified dates: a) As for the first quarter of the year 2015 – on the 15 May 2015 b) As for the third quarter of the year 2015 – on the 16 November 2015
According to Article 102 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities, and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required under the laws of a non-member state (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133) (“Regulation”) the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2015 will not be published.
Consolidated quarterly reports will contain abbreviated consolidated quarterly financial statement and financial information referred to in article 83 sec. 1 of the Regulation.
- Consolidated report for the first half year of 2015 will be published on the 28 August 2015. Consolidated report for the first half year of 2015 will contain abbreviated consolidated half year financial statement and abbreviated half year financial statement of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. referred to in article 83 sec. 3 of the Regulation.
