Notification of transaction on shares of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.
Legal basis: Article 19 sec. 3 of the Regulations on Market Abuse - information on transactions executed by persons performing managerial responsibilities
Content of the Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company" "Issuer"), informs that on October 12, 2023 the Company received the following notifications referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation:
1) from the company Orfe S.A. based in Warsaw, an entity closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr. Jacek Świderski, President of the Management Board of the Company, the notification on the transaction of sale of 6.000 shares of the Company, concluded on October 12, 2023;
2) from the company Now2 Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw an entity closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr. Michał Brański, Member of the Management Board of the Company, the notification on the sale of 6.000 shares of the Company, concluded on October 12, 2023;
3) from the company Highcastle Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw an entity closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, Mr. Krzysztof Sierota, Member of the Management Board of the Company, the notification on the sale of 6.000 shares of the Company, concluded on October 12, 2023;
4) from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company referred to in Art. 3 sec. 1 point 25) b) of the MAR Regulation, Ms Joanna Pawlak, President of the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Media S.A. (the Issuer's subsidiary), the notification on the sale of 4.000 shares of the Company concluded on October 12, 2023.
