Content of the Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company" "Issuer"), informs that on July 20, 2021 the Company received:
1) from the company Orfe S.A. based in Warsaw, a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, ie Mr. Jacek Świderski, President of the Management Board of the Company, the notification referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation, on the transaction of purchase of the Company's shares, concluded on July 19, 2021;
2) from 10X S.A. based in Warsaw - a person closely related to the person discharging managerial responsibilities, ie Mr. Michał Brański, the notification referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation, on the purchase of the Company's shares, concluded on July 19, 2021;
3) from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company referred to in Art. 3 sec. 1 point 25) b) of the MAR Regulation - Ms Joanna Pawlak, President of the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Media S.A. (the Issuer's subsidiary), the notification referred to in Art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation, on the sale of the Company's shares concluded on July 19, 2021
