Information on obtaining a Decision of President of the National Broadcasting Council on granting a broadcasting license for the transmission of a television programme by a subsidiary of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”), in relation to current report 37/2015 hereby announces that on 15 January 2016 subsidiary of the Company, i.e. WP1 sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw (“WP1”) has obtained Decision of the President of the National Broadcasting Council on granting a broadcasting license for the transmission of a television programme transmitted on MUX8 under the name “WP1”
