The Management Board of Wirtualna Poland Holding SA (the "Company") informs that it has become aware today of the issuance on February 28, 2020 by the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW") a statement no. 160/2020 that in response to the motion submitted by the Company KDPW is concluding an agreement regarding the registration of below described shares:
