Preliminary estimated unaudited selected results of the Wirtualna Polska Holding Capital Group for the 3-month period ended 31 March 2026

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. ("Company"), taking into account the change of the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 to May 30, 2026 (about which the Company informed in current report No. 9/2026 dated April 27, 2026), hereby provides the attached preliminary estimated unaudited selected consolidated financial data of the Wirtualna Polska Holding Group ("Group") for the 3-month period ended March 31, 2026.
The attached preliminary data was prepared based on the current best knowledge of the Company's Management Board as at 4 May 2026. The data cannot be treated as final or audited by the Group's auditors and may differ from the data that will be included in the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026.
