Admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange of ordinary bearer series D and F shares of Wirtualna Poland Holding SA
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that Management Board of the Company notified that the Management Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. ("GPW") - pursuant § 19 sec. 1 and 2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules – has adopted Resolution No. 656/2018 dated 27 June 2018 on admission to trading on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange following ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of 0.05 zł (five groszy) each:
a. 30.836 ordinary bearer shares series D;
b.17.920 ordinary bearer shares series F.
The Management Board of the GPW also decided to introduce the aforementioned Company’s shares to trading in the primary market in ordinary procedure on June 29, 2018, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. registers the said shares on June 29, 2018 under the "PLWRTPL00027" code.
