Registration of changes in the Company's Articles of Association by the National Court Register
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Company") informs that today, July 2, 2018, it was notified that on the 29th June, 2018 the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register ("the National Court Register") registered changes to the Articles of Association of the Company adopted in resolution no. 22 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on April, 25, 2018, of which the Company informed in current report no. 8/2018 dated 25th of April, 2018.
The Company provides attached the changes to the Articles of Association and the unified text of the Articles of Association of the Company adopted in resolution no. 23 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on April, 25, 2018.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with §5 point 1 and §6 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent
