Fulfillment of the condition precedent for the transaction regarding purchase of shares and subscription warrants in Audioteka SA, in the form of the decision on consent to the concentration by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection

Content of the report:
Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Issuer" or "WPH"), with reference to current report No. 12/2023 of June 2, 2023 concerning the transaction of acquisition by Wirtualna Polska Media S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "WPM") and Stacja Służew sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "Stacja Służew") - subsidiaries of the Issuer - shares and subscription warrants of Audioteka S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"), informs that it has received the message on the fulfillment of the condition precedent for the Transaction, in the form of the issuance of the decision on consent to the concentration by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection on July 14, 2023.
The Issuer will announce the finalization of the Transaction in a separate report.
