Content of the report:
Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"), informs that on July 17, 2024, the Company received from the person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Ms. Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka, Member of the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. and the foundation "Fundacja Rodzinna EBB w organizacji" - a person closely related to Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka, notifications about transaction on the Company's shares concluded on July 16, 2024, referred to in Art. 19 section 1 of the MAR Regulation.
