Change of publication date of consolidated quarterly report for the III quarter of 2024
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs on a change of the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the III quarter of 2024, which was to be published on November 19, 2024.
The consolidated quarterly report for the III quarter of 2024 will be released to the public on November 26, 2024.
The publication date of the report for the III quarter of 2024 has been postponed to provide time for the implementation and testing of new financial reporting tools in the Company.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with § 80 (2) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state
