The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on June 8, 2026, the Company received from Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, a person closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr. Jacek Świderski, President of the Management Board, Mr. Michał Brański, Member of the Management Board, and Mr. Krzysztof Sierota, Member of the Management Board, a notification referred to in Article 19 section 3 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). 1 of the MAR Regulation, on the transaction on the Company's shares concluded on June 8, 2026 – acquisition of the Company's shares.
