Legal basis: Article 70 sec.1 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company") announces that today, i.e. on June 10, 2026, the Company received a notification under Article 69 paragraph 1 or 2 in conjunction with Article 87 paragraph 1 item 5 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (the "Act") of a change in the shareholding of the Company by the Company and Orfe S.A., 10X S.A., Albemuth Inwestycje S.A., Jacek Świderski, Michał Wiktor Brański, and Krzysztof Daniel Sierota, acting jointly as parties to the agreement referred to in Article 87 paragraph 1 item 5 of the Act.
