The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby announces that on 16th January 2020 the Company received from a person performing managerial responsibilities in the Company, i.e. Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka – Member of the Management Board/CFO notification of transaction on the shares of the Company, concluded on 14th January 2020, referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of the Regulations on Market Abuse.
