The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on 1st March, 2017 the Management Board was notified by Mr. Tomasz Janusz Czechowicz about his resignation from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect from February 28th, 2017.
