The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on July 27, 2021, it received information about registration on July 26, 2021 by the District Court of the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amendments to the Company's Articles of Association adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 15, 2021.
The Management Board hereby publishes the content of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association and the consolidated text of the Articles of Association taking into account the said changes.
