The final and valid termination of proceedings filed by Mr. Leszek Bogdanowicz against one of the subsidiary of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“the Company”) hereby announces that on September 30th, 2015 the Supreme Court issued a decision of refusal to accept an appeal in cassation brought by Leszek Bogdanowicz in proceedings filed by Leszek Bogdanowicz against Wirtualna Polska S.A. with its registered seat in Gdańsk (currently WP Shopping sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Gdańsk) for copyright protection.
The Company gave a detailed account about this proceedings in the prospectus of the Company approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 10 April 2015.
The decision of the Supreme Court on refusal to recognize an appeal in cassation cannot be appealed, therefore this decision is final and valid termination of the proceedings.
