Content of the report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby informs that on March 25, 2026, the Company received from 10X spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw – a person closely associated with Michał Brański, Member of the Company’s Management Board – a notification of a transaction in the Company’s shares, conducted on March 25, 2025, as referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation.
The Company provides the content of the notification in the attachment.
