Resignation of the Member of the Supervisory Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2 (a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces that on November 30th, 2015 the Management Board was notified by Mr. Jan Łukasz Wejchert about his resignation from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board with effect from November 30th, 2015.
Mr. Jan Łukasz Wejchert has justified his resignation with the commitment to the development of the company Dirlango and its recent investments that may be competitive to Grupa Wirtualna Polska.
