The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (“the Company") hereby informs that on January 21, 2020 it adopted a resolution to change, on February 1, 2020, the address of the Company's registered office at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 16, 02-092 Warsaw.
