Further to the current report no. 7/2020 dated February 24th 2020, the Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on February 25th, 2021 its subsidiary Wirtualna Polska Media S.A. (“WPM”) received the decision of Head of Małopolski Tax and Customs Office (“Head of MUCS”) regarding corporate tax liability, as described in the aforementioned report. The Head of MUCS has confirmed that the protection of individual tax interpretation issued to the WPM by Ministry of Finance is in force. Following the above decision, WPM shall continue its assumed approach in tax reporting.
