Preliminary unaudited results of the Wirtualna Polska Holding Group in 2022

Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company"), taking into consideration the change of the publication date of the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2022 to 13 April 2023 (of which the Company informed in current report no. 4/2023 dated 15 March 2023), encloses the preliminary unaudited consolidated financial data of the Wirtualna Polska Holding Group (the "Group") for the three months ended December 31, 2022 and for the twelve months ended December 31, 2022.
The accompanying preliminary data have been prepared based on the current best knowledge of the Company's Management Board as of 15 March 2023. The data cannot be considered final or audited by the Group's auditors and may differ from the data that will be included in the 2022 annual report.
