Admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange of ordinary bearer series D and F shares of Wirtualna Polska Holding SA as a part of execution of the Managerial Option Program of 2015
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. ("Company") hereby announces that the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. ("WSE") – pursuant to § 19 sec. 1 and 2 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules – has adopted a Resolution No. 244/2023 dated March 24, 2023 on admission to trading on the Main Market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of the following ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of 0.05 zł (five groszy) each, registered by the National Depository for Securities S.A. under the code "PLWRTPL00084":
a. 4,132 ordinary series D bearer shares;
b. 2,554 ordinary series F bearer shares.
The Management Board of the WSE also decided to introduce the aforementioned Company’s shares to trading in the main market in ordinary procedure on March 31, 2023, provided that the National Depository for Securities S.A. assimilates the said shares on March 31, 2023 with other shares of the company which are already introduced into trading under the code "PLWRTPL00027".
