The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby announces that today, i.e. 26 September 2017, the Company has received from:
- Mr Jarosław Mikos - Chairman of Supervisory Board of the Company i.e. person performing managerial responsibilities in the Company,
- Bridge20 Enterprises Limited – person closely related to person performing managerial responsibilities i.e. Mr Jacek Świderski – President of Management Board of the Company,
- Mrs Elżbieta Bujniewicz-Belka – Member of Management Board of the Company/ CFO, i.e., person performing managerial responsibilities,
- Highcastle sp. z o.o. –- person closely related to person performing managerial responsibilities i.e. Krzysztof Sierota – Member of the Management Board,
notifications of transactions on financial instruments related to the shares of the Company, concluded on 25 September 2017 and on 26 September 2017, referred to in Article. 19 paragraph. 1 of the Regulations on Market Abuse.
