Correction of the format of the publicly disclosed consolidated financial report for 2024.
Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 item 2(a) of the Act dated 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Content of Report:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. ("Company") informs about the technical correction in the publication of the consolidated financial report for 2024 (the "Report") in a form of change of its format (file extension) from "xades" to "XHTML".
The Issuer is providing the Report in the appropriate format (i.e. in XHTML format) as an attachment to this current report and will also republish the Report.
The content of the Report was not subject to any correction and all data presented in it are correct and remain unchanged.
