Report content:
The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company", the "Issuer") hereby informs that on 31 March 2026, the Company received:
1) a notification referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, regarding a transaction in the Company's shares - establishment of share pledges, concluded on 30 March 2026, from Orfe S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, being a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr. Jacek Świderski – President of the Management Board of the Company;
2) a notification referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, regarding a transaction in the Company's shares- establishment of share pledges, concluded on 30 March 2026, from 10X S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw – being a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr. Michał Brański – Member of the Management Board of the Company;
3) a notification referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, regarding a transaction in the Company's shares- establishment of share pledges, concluded on 30 March 2026, from Albemuth Inwestycje S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw – being a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. Mr. Krzysztof Sierota – Member of the Management Board of the Company.
