Change of the publication date of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 and the consolidated report for the first half of 2026
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 letter a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies

The Management Board of Wirtualna Polska Holding S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces a change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 and the consolidated report for the first half of 2026:
- The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026, which was to be published on May 19, 2026, will be made public on May 30, 2026.
- The consolidated report for the first half of 2026, which was to be published on August 25, 2026, will be made public on September 8, 2026.
Legal basis: Article 56 section 1 item 2 letter a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading and on public companies in connection with § 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state
